Medical School Pediatric Seminar
The Georgetown University School of Medicine provides information across the life span to the students learning to become tomorrow's health care providers. They provide clerkships to ensure experience in all areas of medicine. To support this education, the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development provides faculty to the Pediatric Clerkship Learning Groups in the form of a seminar about early childhood development. The importance of identification and referral to community-based early childhood services and support is emphasized in a case discussion format.
