Thanks to all of those who participated in our GU UCEDD Annual on June 27th this year! We especially want to thank Winnie Dunn, PhD, OTR, FAOTA for her fantastic presentation. The conference explored strengths based approaches to serving families and children including the evidence about the effectiveness of strengths approaches and how to harness a family’s strengths to support participation in everyday life. Training and professional development resources for early childhood providers provided by the DC Child Care Connections Child Care Resource & Referral Center (DC CRR&R) and community agencies.
